Senior IT Recruiter, Bengaluru India

As a Senior IT Recruiter , you will assist in building out our India Development Center (IDC) by sourcing and hiring top talent while working closely with our hiring managers. We're looking for someone who will play a crucial role in helping to ensure we continue to hire employees with the best possible skillsets who will also thrive in our corporate culture. You will be responsible for all aspects of recruiting including, but not limited to: creating job profiles; sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates; negotiating and extending offers; liaising with hiring managers and department heads on best recruitment strategy and local labor market approach. The right candidate is experienced in full cycle (bulk) IT recruitment, speaks fluent English and is able to keep an overview of all activities.

This position is located in Bangalore and reports to the international Talent Acquisition Manager (located in Hoofddorp, The Netherlands), with a dotted line to the local manager.

Essential duties

• full cycle recruitment
• Act as stakeholder towards hiring managers and educate them on recruitment practices and procedures
• continuously improve the local hiring process (initiate activities) in alignment with overall Accruent global practices
• proactively source candidates from a variety of resources
• help build a local Employer brand (in line with our global Employer brand) and provide guidance regarding the appropriate channels/tools needed
• monitor all activities in our ATS (Greenhouse), including metrics
• provide an incredible candidate experience, promoting the company's culture and values

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 7 years work experience
• recruitment experience in IT and in a fast paced and changing corporate environment
• ability to handle expectations and internal political sensitivity (stakeholder management)
• experience in full cycle (bulk) recruitment
• experience with vendor management and (any) ATS software
• strong interview skills & familiarity with various interview techniques
• experience in social media recruiting
• understanding HR and staffing practices such as pay, benefits and applicable labour legislation
• availability to work outside normal office hours as work may demand
