Description

  • Identifying Business requirements
  • Providing tactical direction on Strategic Account Activation program and product functionalities
  • Researching current needs for consumer and operator introduction of new capabilities and documenting solutions
  • Documenting, confirming and communicating requirements to business owners, IT and other supporting organizations
  • Acting as a liaison between Strategic Accounts and IT or Vendor development teams
  • Assisting in the deployment of new/enhanced technology solutions to the Strategic Account field communities
  • Developing project plans and reports progress to Project Lead and team, as appropriate, on assigned tasks in a clear and timely manner
  • Preparing program test plans and coordinating/conducting acceptance testing.
  • Leading or participating in special projects, as requested
  • Acting as contact for the Strategic Accounts and vendors

Qualifications

  • You will need a bachelor's degree and 1-3 years of progressive business analysis experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills are essential, along with effective oral communication skills demonstrated through presentations and training, as well as written communication skills demonstrated through solution specification documentation, end-user guides or manuals, and other end-user communications.
  • Knowledge of functional areas of business or higher ed dining operations is required; experience with digital technologies is desired.
  • Knowledge of POS technologies is highly preferred.
  • The ability to work daily with the Microsoft Office Suite, Internet (for research), and reporting tools is required.
