Senior Director, HEOR - Oncology

Job Description

Position Summary
The Senior Director will develop and execute our global and regional HEOR strategies and programs for Regeneron's oncology therapeutic areas. We aim to inform and support commercialization activities, including clinical development, marketing, and market access.
Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business partners to develop and support compelling product value propositions with aim to optimize patient access to Regeneron therapies.
• Identify HEOR evidence requirements and gaps, and design, conduct, and deliver studies and tools to support relative value demonstration and product differentiation
• Conduct epidemiology and pharmacoepidemiology analyses and studies for development and commercial goals (e.g. prevalence and incidence of disease, natural history of disease, prescribing and treatment patterns, comparative effectiveness).
• Develop and implement Clinical Outcomes Assessment (COA) measurement strategies and plans for product labeling, patient access and product differentiation. Develop and validate COA endpoints for integration in clinical studies; analyze and communicate data from clinical trials. Produce COA evidence dossiers for regulatory submissions (e.g. FDA, EMA). Interact as with Agencies on those matters.
• Evaluate relevant health technology assessment (HTA) decisions and apply key insights to pipeline and marketed products. Develop submissions to various HTA agencies to secure reimbursement.
• Lead, build and execute research partnerships with key global and US national and regional health care industry organizations, including managed care, PBMs, pharmacy, IDNs, medical groups, and health care policy think-tanks/opinion leaders.

Required Experience and Skills
To be considered for this you need a minimum of a graduate degree (Ph.D., MS, or MD, PharmD., B.Pharm with Master’s degree) in HEOR-related field (e.g. pharmacoepidemiology, epidemiology, healthcare/data analytics, health economics, health services research, public health). Your experience should include 7+ years pharma or consulting experience; at least 2 years of consulting experience is a plus. We require strong technical expertise in conducting HEOR studies and models in support of oncology clinical trials. Proven understanding of regulatory (e.g. FDA) and HTA considerations in the evaluation of patient-reported outcomes. Experience in design and implementation of patient-reported data, including experience in analysis and reporting of data; Strong publication track record in HEOR/COA area with focus in oncology
