Working closely with the HR Systems Manager and Head of HR Operations, this role will partner with cross functional stakeholders to build and implement new modules, business processes, and features within Workday HCM and tangential HR Systems. With this exciting opportunity, you will help take our systems to the next level by executing against our HR System roadmap by continuing to optimize and uplevel our HR technology footprint.

What you’ll be doing (ie. job duties):

• Partner with HR Operations, Enterprise Applications, and cross functional stakeholders to define and develop requirements, re-engineer current processes, and implement new functionality in Workday HCM and related HR Systems including: Time Tracking, Benefits, Compensation, Reporting, Dashboards, and Calculated Fields.
• Manage change management process for HR Systems to increase user adoption and engagement.
• Design scalable and efficient processes to support our rapid growth while continuing to deliver an incredible employee experience.
• Provide excellent and seamless customer and user experience for all users and cross functional partners.
• Maintain data security and integrity in Workday by regularly analyzing and auditing data.
• Provide functional support for end-users helping troubleshoot and resolve system issues.

What we look for in you (ie. job requirements):

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience in HR technology.
• 3+ years of broad Workday experience including business process configuration, security, reporting, integration troubleshooting, EIB data uploads, and semi-annual update testing.
• Data mindset with hands-on experience developing and enhancing custom reports and dashboards.
• Highly motivated and hard-working with ability to think clearly under pressure, both autonomously and in-team environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines with comfortability working in a high growth, constantly changing environment.
• Passionate about new systems, tools, and trend research on cutting edge HR technology.
