Job Summary

  • Digital LOB leader with customers, partners, industry analysts; specifically, for LAVA, Messaging, and OB Solutions.
  • Develop and continuously update vision and plan based on market dynamics, customer feedback, and analyst input; operationalize strategy & align with corporate goals/targets
  • Manage Digital bookings/revenue ($185M in revenue). Develop & manage AOPs and MYPs, closing tracking results to plan/targets and identifying strategies to achieve plan remediation efforts to address gaps. Manage operating metrics/trends, establish plans to improve (e.g. costs per unit, revenue per unit, volumes, sessions, etc....).
  • Partner with customers and sales to position and drive the Digital portfolio, driving early adoption of Nuance technologies with customers/partners Globally
  • Represents Digital at conferences and with Industry analysts
  • Partner with marketing to maintain intel on key competitors, establishing and executing strategies to overcome competitive obstacles in market
  • Partners with sales and Field Marketing to analyze Pipeline and drive offers to improve/enhance pipeline by product
  • Provides input to Product Management and Product Marketing related to product capabilities/roadmap and industry market dynamics in support of differentiated (non-commoditized) offerings
  • Manage key customer/partner relationships
  • Partner with cross functional teams to deliver on customer commitments and manages KPIs

Relevant Experience: 10+ years of experience in leading a complex technology portfolio; preferably in Digital Consumer Engagement

Education Requirement: Undergraduate bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field
