Inside Sales Organization is a pivotal organization to the success of HPE in Northern Western Europe. HPE relies on the contribution of this growing organization (ca. 200 sales people located in Barcelona and Boulogne) to deliver profitable growth and outperform the market. The mission of Inside Sales Organization is to ensure efficient and customer centric sales coverage for all sales segments (Top accounts, Enterprise, Commercial, SMB and Service providers) as well as thru all channels (Resellers, OEM, Alliances, direct) and to grow revenues of the entire portfolio with a specific focus on innovation (Composable infrastructure, Hyperconvergence, All Flash, Aruba, Gen 10 servers, Consumption models...).

In order to accelerate our transformation and deliver against quota while improving customer and partner satisfaction, we are recruiting a dynamic, collaborative, result driven Sales Enablement Manager with a solid sales experience and coaching skills, a change management and people development mindset as well as program management skills. You will be responsible for overseeing and managing programs and projects related to Inside Sales development across the Learning Solution Lifecycle (LSL). Partners with L&D Business/Function, HRGO, Centers of Expertise, and/or other internal and external partners and stakeholders to create strategic and operational planning sales development programs. You will identifies requirements of training products and/or services, and manages the operational structure necessary to meet learning and development objectives. Plans and develops training programs and/or related operational systems and processes to meet target audience needs, and to ensure the quality of design and development of training and operations on behalf of the company. Develops and maintains client, partner, and stakeholder relationships through partnering, coaching, and facilitating to identify, prioritize, and implement development solutions, operational systems, and processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Completes small to large projects as assigned.
  • Manages program life-cycle from development to implementation.
  • Accountable for operational goals and the management of financial planning, budgeting, and tracking/reporting of the progress of the initiatives
  • Stays abreast of current market or technology trends, provides guidance for more junior project managers, and consults on area of expertise.
  • Contributes to the introduction of new methods and processes for improving program operations.
  • Orchestrate governance and tactical planning to deliver against monthly goals
  • Align plan of actions with the eco-system (field sales force, BU, WW, partners...)
  • Identify and promote best practices.

This role will report the Head of the Inside Sales Organization in Northern Western Europe and will work in tight collaboration with the management team.

Education and Experience Required:

  • First level university degree, advanced university degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Typically 3-6 years experience, including managing moderate to large projects.
  • Knowledge and Skills:
  • Strong project management and sales coaching skills.
  • Strong facilitation and consulting skills.
  • Strong business and financial planning acumen.
  • Demonstrated leadership, communication, change management, and project management skills.
  • English native level mandatory, Dutch or French it's a plus.
