The Regional Commercial Bank is a business line that services clients within our traditional retail branch network, which includes VA, MD, DC, NYC, NJ, TX and LA. The RCB portfolio consists of over 1000 clients and $5.8 Billion in credit exposure.

As an Associate, RCB Project Manager, you will support the RCB, NFP, and Dealer UW teams. You will be responsible for creating and administering various projects across the organization, including things related to onboarding/offboarding, associate engagement, and change management.

Responsibilities:

Onboarding / Offboarding:

  • Manage the on-boarding process for all new associates to MMB UW&PM
  • Create personal profiles for each associate and maintain profile book for MMB UW
  • Conduct 30/60/90 day check-ins to ensure new associates are fully supported

Associate Engagement:

  • Manage content, structure and timing of All Hands meetings and recognition events.
  • Develop a standard calendar of events for developmental opportunities (lunch and learns, speaker series, etc.).
  • Develop and administer the standard recognition process of RCB (Deal of the Month, Difference Makers, SPOT, etc.)
  • Schedule In-Market experience for Head of MMB UW (Roundtables, 1:1s, community events in each location)
  • Manage calendar and travel for Head of MMB UW
  • Manage team building budget and planning process across the footprint.
  • Coordinate community volunteer opportunities throughout the footprint and track service hours.
  • Pull reporting on Individual Development Plan completion rate to monitor progress for all associates
  • Schedule group training / Development opportunities based upon identified needs.

Change Management:

  • Partner with Communications to develop all-employee messages and channel selection.
  • Serve as Change Champion for MMB UW, working across all business lines and partnering with Credit Solutions to drive change communication.
  • Assess change management effectiveness through the ownership of the Change management network within MMB UW&PM. Adjust messaging as needed based upon learning.
  • Create and manage departmental updates and process change communication.
  • Manage department Slack channel and Pulse page, ensuring relevant, up to date content is available.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Military Experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Change Management certification or Process Improvement certifications
  • Proven ability to manage process change
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and multiple projects concurrently with limited direction
