Applied Systems, Inc., a worldwide leader in insurance technology, is currently searching for a Web Application Development Intern to join our Internal Application Development team. In this role, you will mentor with experienced Developers, and assist in enhancements to the UI and back end code. You will be responsible for making improvements and add functionally to our internal software using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Java, and C#.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THIS INTERNSHIP

• Pursuing Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, CIS, or related field
• Must be enrolled full-time at the college/university level for the Fall 2020 semester
• Academic programming/coding experience in any of the following: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, C#, VB.Net, Java, or C++
• Ability to create SQL queries and scripts a plus
• Genuine passion for technology and coding
• Must be able to work full-time (40 hours per week), Monday through Friday
  • Roles run from May to August
  • This internship is based in our University Park, IL office, therefore interested applicants must reside in the Chicagoland area
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
