Shed is actively looking for an ambitious, proactive and collaborative Integrated Project Manager to join our team. Reporting to the Senior Account Managers and Managing Director, our Integrated Project Manager is responsible for all production aspects of Shed’s projects from beginning to end, ensuring they are developed and executed to meet agency standards and client expectations. You will manage schedules, budgets, and communicate with internal departments, agency-partners, media companies, and third-party print vendors.

The ideal candidate will exhibit a keen commitment to culture, is driven by creating exciting work, and an entrepreneurial spirit who is comfortable thinking outside of the box, and comfortable problem-solving in a small boutique agency. You must be experienced in experiential, print, and digital production, and demonstrate a solid understanding of project management tools and best-practice methodology.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate an understanding of the roles and services of departments and offerings at Shed Creative Agency
  • Create detailed scope of work contracts, working with Shed’s legal and finance team as required
  • Manage production of a wide array of projects independently from initiation through completion, including determining and documenting project deliverables, risks, timelines, and budgets
  • Partner with the account team to ensure a smooth production process, proper resource allocation, and a superior end result for each and every deliverable
  • Actively advise account team and any agency partners of project specifications, timing, and cost factors throughout to manage expectations and achieve the desired outcome
  • Manage internal teams, delivery teams and freelancers to ensure all projects are delivered on time and within scope; proactively identify project conflicts or resource gaps, and resolve accordingly
  • Track costs throughout the project lifecycle, and reconcile estimates to actuals on all projects
  • Partner with account and finance teams to manage WIP’s, project and freelancer budgets, estimates, invoices, and timesheets as needed
  • Evaluate and share with the team all aspects of project status including risks, burn rates, and general information provided by the team, client, outside sources and otherwise
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • 5+ years of project management and/or production experience in the interactive industry
  • Experience in scoping projects, creating project budgets, quoting projects directly with vendors, tracking actuals, and creating statements of work
  • Solid understanding of print/digital marketing and advertising processes and methods, as well as production requirements associated with experiential and live events
  • Creative and solutions-oriented approach to problem solving
  • Professional and approachable demeanor, and the ability to be flexibility and thrive in the dynamic, highly matrixed agency environment
  • Ability to multi-task and process information expeditiously
  • Highly developed organizational, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Solid track record of successfully delivering complex projects from start to completion
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision while maintaining focus and productivity
  • Confident self-starter who can anticipate needs and manage risk
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Calm and patient under pressure
