Responsibilities & Requirements

The Marketing and Sales Operations Manager, HealthSparq ensures effective operation of the HealthSparq sales and marketing teams. This role leads processes and best practice implementation to meet business goals.

General Functions and Outcomes:

  • Manage Salesforce Platform – Manage regular system maintenance and help identify and drive improvements to CRM and data governance strategies. Champion SFDC best practice and growth throughout the organization.
  • Business Reviews & Recommendations – Work teams across the organization to understand the business. Communicate regularly to make process improvement and systems enhancement recommendations, leveraging best practices and professional experience.
  • Documentation & Training – Document all changes to the Salesforce system. Build and deliver end-user training. Work closely with users to improve usage, satisfaction and efficiencies.
  • Develop reporting structure as requested by user groups or stakeholders and perform analysis on data as required.
  • Maintain and communicate system metrics to track trends and identify opportunities.
  • Key contributor to marketing automation function (Marketo) including list segmentation, workflows, campaign building, reporting and integrations.
  • Knowledge of all systems used by sales and marketing teams including CRM, marketing automation, website, GoToWebinar, among others.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Experience working directly with sales teams in a B2B sales cycle and a deep understanding of the sales process.
  • Demonstrated experience in using CRMs, marketing automation and other tools.
  • Demonstrated Salesforce experience.
  • Experience working with marketing teams on audience segmentation, automation of campaigns and marketing tools.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced team-driven environment, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and meet deadlines and tight schedules.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (developing word processing documents, spreadsheets, PowerPoint).
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage cross-functional and interdepartmental communications and communications processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with individuals, teams, and cross-functional partners.
  • Demonstrated analytical ability to identity problems, develop solutions and implement a chosen course of action.
  • Ability to proactively make sound independent decisions through use of initiative, independent research, or in consultation with peers, subordinates and supervisors.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence leadership decisions.

Marketing and Sales Operations Manager, HealthSparq would have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing or related field and 7+ years of marketing, sales or project management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
