Job Description

· Communicate daily with supply vendors; ordering office supplies

· Cooperating with building administration

· Managing parking spaces

· Supervising cleaning staff; overseeing cleanup operations

· Internal employee relocation to adjust to office space needs

· Working as a 1st line support to Warsaw office employees

Qualifications

· Fluent English

· Strong analytical skills

· Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office

· Very good communication skills

· Positive attitude and enthusiasm to work
