Grubhub Corporate Accounts make hungry offices happy. Our B2B team (Corporate Marketing) are dedicated to supporting the growth of this rapidly-expanding segment of the business. Reporting into this team, intern will work cross-functionally to understand and document our Corporate Client experience. Using a builder mindset, the intern will create a playbook of key touch points in our customer journey, from lead through to onboarded client. This critical foundational work will empower the team to engage, upsell and retain clients more effectively through our marketing efforts. The intern will gain exposure to all facets of the B2B client experience and marketing - Acquisition Marketing and Sales, Client Success Management and CRM, Client Relations, Product Management and Product Marketing.

Some Challenges You’ll Tackle

• Work cross-functionally across all teams to learn, understand, and document our client’s end to end experience
• Develop and present a visual playbook for Corporate Marketing to engage, upsell, and retain clients more effectively
• Understand current Marketing activities and make recommendations based on competitive research and learnings from other teams within the organization

You Should Have

• Currently be pursuing a BBA or MBA with concentration in Marketing
• Relevant experience or course work in marketing analytics. B2B experience a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively with many stakeholders
• Ability to organize and manage the project in specified timeline
• Ability to communicate well cross-functionally
• Experience with market and/or consumer research and analysis
• Strong interest in building processes and playbooks
