Our Opportunity:

We are looking for a high-performing Executive Administrative Assistant to join our team! Do you enjoy working with fun, fast-paced sales executives? Do you want to work for a company that allows you to bring your whole self to work every single day? Ericsson is the place to be.

You will:

  • Monitor & manage calendar including tracking and follow up of significant tasks.
  • Support with international and domestic travel arrangements including but not limited to flights, transportation, hotels, etc.
  • Drive and implement administrative procedures.
  • Plan and coordinate internal and customer events, meetings, workshops, training.
  • Facilitate internal communications for both internal teams and customers.

You Have:

  • 7+ years of administrative assistant support in a large corporation or organization
  • Proven experience as an assistant supporting an enterprise environment with all levels of leadership
  • Excellent in-person, phone, and email interpersonal skills
  • Strong people and team relations skills
  • MS Office Suite, Outlook and Adobe

You Might Also Have:

  • Concur, SAP and conference equipment proficiency
