You are responsible for

The Order to Fulfilment (O2F) Strategy Program Manager leads development and implementation of operations strategies pertaining to the Systems business model to support enterprise goals, in close cooperation with other organizations like Industrialization, IT, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Advanced Manufacturing Engineering - AME.

More specifically, the O2F strategy leader Systems will:

  • Build a strong link with the markets and manufacturing locations. Understand their requirements and needs.
  • Formulate together with markets “Voice of the Customer” Order to Fulfilment - O2F vision and related service levels in terms of delivery, reliability and ease-of-doing business (starting point for all operations/O2F related strategy formulations).
  • Drive Philips key processes that contribute to the overall O2F strategy: Core/Non-Core assessments, may/buy decisions, network designs and local-for-local/regional concepts.
  • Drive the implementation of the operations strategy into R&D and manufacturing. Execute the operations strategy implementation roadmap, allocate resourcing and manage progress.
  • Execute specific projects related to localization, capability transfer, insourcing/ outsourcing in line with the overall strategy.
  • Identify and leverage best practice technology and capability together with group AME and other organizations.

You are a part of

The O2F strategy that systems will play a pivotal and integral role in helping the company achieve its ambition of driving operational excellence in the operations organization, in close partnership with industrialization, R&D, manufacturing and supply chain.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • 15+ years’ experience in manufacturing and/or integrated supply chain management in management level roles with P&L Impact
  • Experience in leading large transformational programs, across a highly complex, international matrix organization. (Strong Program Management)
  • Ample experience working in a similar, turbulent corporate environment.
  • Experienced in managing multidisciplinary, international team in complex business environment.
  • Master degree, preferred in Technology, Operations, or Business.
