Job Summary:
Project Planner for Global Chronos is responsible to secure customer business is correctly executed in the applicable planning tool in compliance with Ericsson’s processes and directives.
Global Chronos Project Planner interacts with Implementation Managers and Customer Projects Managers who are project data accountable.
Global Chronos Project Planner reports solid line to Project & Programs Support Manager within Service Area Build.
Responsibilities:
Support Customer Projects loading Project Data in Global Chronos.
Internal tool management for project management.
Support Customer Projects with change request on Project Data in Global Chronos.
Support Customer Projects with specialist knowledge on project data analysis & reporting.
Configure step by step each of the processes involved in an end to end project
Key Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in Administration, Economics or Industrial Engineering.
Fluent in English speaking/writing.
Project Management process knowledge
1 or more years of experience from working with project finance data.
Experience as Project Financial Management, Project Management, Business Control or Business Analyst.
Following Instructions & Procedures
Analyzing Financial Data and project process.
Delivering results & meeting customer expectations (Ability to adapt to changes, managing time and fulfilling due dates).
Present & Communicate Information
Good relationship skills.
