Our Ideal Candidate

• Experience writing about software
• Familiarity with the Chicago Manual of Style and style guides.
• Knowledge of online technology and related products, including mobile UI and tools
• Awareness of the entire experience, not just copy
• Understanding of user experience research principles and practices
• Ability to use data to provide informed user insights

Pluses

• Graphic and video creation and editing experience
• Experience writing content that was translated for localization
  

About the Job
We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join our writing team this summer! Work closely with our writers to learn about writing that helps users succeed.Here’s the type of work we have in mind:Brainstorm innovative ideas to improve our user experience. Research competitors, highly rated websites, and new technologies. Then, report back on conversational and personalized patterns so we can brainstorm innovative ideas to improve our user experience.Help shape our product experience by crafting human and clear UX and UI copy.This is not the typical writing role.
