Your Role and Responsibilities
System support specialists provide technical support for all types of issues affecting end users, such as software problems, data issues and reporting discrepancies. Specialist in monitor systems and install automated alerts in order to avoid if possible manual and rutinary tasks. He'll design, develop, and upgrade existing systems features as needed.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Experience:
- One to three years of professional experience in L2 Support activities and job monitoring
- Experience with or knowledge of Falcon and UNICA
Skills:
- Strong emphasis on customer service
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communications skills
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
Experience with or knowledge of Marketing Tools such as Unica, Campaign Management
