What We Are Looking For:

We are looking for an Email Marketing Specialist based in our clients premises (Milan) who enjoys taking ownership of the end-result and feel comfortable working both with HTML/CSS and Photoshop.

In this role, you will be involved in the implementation of large-scale digital marketing campaigns for one of the top telco in Europe.

This will require solid knowledge of HTML/CSS and Photoshop.

Your work will initially span over Email and mobile (push notification and in-App) channels but the environment you are going to deal with is dynamic and will also give extra opportunities of growth.

What We Want You To Do:

• Edit and adjust email html templates to support our customers’ digital marketing campaigns
• Support configuration of various online platforms for serving Email, Landing Page and Push notification campaigns
• Follow rigorous QA processes to ensure flawless delivery of all assets
• Ensure on-time and problem-free campaign launches by:
• performing all necessary tasks for a project launch
• assisting project managers in proper planning and execution of a project launch and
• working with the rest of the departments in a smooth and effective manner to resolve all issues

What We Want To See:

• Educational background, preferably in the fields of web design or computer science
• At least 2 years of proven hands-on experience in web design and web campaign management
• At least 1 year of client facing experience
• Proficiency in HTML/CSS,
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop or Sketch
• Familiarity with Web Analytics tools is a plus
• Perfect written and verbal skills in Italian
• Excellent written and verbal skills in English
• Good knowledge of Microsoft office with special attention to Excel
• Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator is a plus (we support training if needed)
• Familiarity with IBM Watson Campaign/Acoustic and/OR Cheetah Digital/CCMP is a plus
