You're excited to be part of the operations side of a fast-paced, growing technology sales organization. As our Sales Operations Analyst, you'll be part of our global Sales Operations team, reporting into the Manager, Sales Technology. You'll work on a variety of operational and systems-related projects and provide general day-to-day support to our EMEA and ANZ Sales teams so they can operate as effectively as possible.

Responsibilities:

  • Document new processes and support change communication and management
  • Assist the team with data hygiene and update exercises
  • Provide direct sales stack support to the EMEA and ANZ Sales Organization
  • Assist in named account list research and assignment for the EMEA and ANZ Sales teams
  • Enforce Dataminr best practices for our end users for data entry
  • Provide ad hoc reporting support to our EMEA and ANZ GTM Leadership Teams
  • Contribute to the development of solutions within the Sales Operations Team to drive value to our internal customers

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
  • 2 to 4 years of relevant experience, preferably in various areas of Sales Operations or Revenue Operations
  • Solid understanding of the processes and functions of a sales organization
  • Experience in a fast-paced, growing SaaS/technology company
  • Sense of urgency and ability to work efficiently, meet deadlines, and manage competing priorities
  • Positive, can-do attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
  • Highly organized and effective at time management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong understanding and experience with Salesforce required
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CPQ, Salesloft, Zoominfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator a plus
