What You’ll Do and Achieve:

    • Execute & Manage Campaigns. From concept to copy, program, testing, and execution, drive and improve overall effectiveness of email campaigns.
    • Build Customer Journeys. Create and execute customer journeys through email that follow a prospect or customer throughout their lifecycle. Work with a broader Demand Generation team (digital marketing, field marketing, marketing operations, and SDRs), Corporate Marketing, and Product Marketing to build and execute campaigns that progress leads and grow opportunity pipeline.
  • Improve Database Health. Work to minimize list decay and unsubscribes while increasing the productivity of our email sends. Improve and update contact information that may be outdated or not mailable. Ensure programs meet all regulations, including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CCPA.
  • Optimize. Work to maximize CTR, conversion rates, and volume through continuous testing efforts.
  • Test and Iterate. Run tests, report, and iterate to improve performance. Develop strategic data-driven testing of email programs to maximize campaign performance and isolate campaign driver effectiveness. Continually review existing email nurture campaigns and develop test strategies to optimize their performance. Develop documentation and road maps for processes, A/B tests, and promotions that succeed through email.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of email marketing experience
  • Experience owning email engagement metrics by various audience segments
  • Experience owning analysis on how email contributes to overall revenue
  • Advanced knowledge of a major marketing automation tool (Marketo, Pardot, Eloqua, Hubspot, etc.)
  • Highly analytical with a keen eye for detail
  • A proficient writer willing to draft and test copy
  • Strong Salesforce acumen
  • Creative email marketer who understands the importance of visual design
  • Innovative thinker willing to test big ideas and apply learnings to future campaigns
  • Optimistic professional who celebrates wins and isn't afraid to share losses. We want to learn from everything
