Position Summary:
The Manager / Sr. Manager, Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis (“FP&A”) will be responsible for the coordination, consolidation, reporting and analysis of overall Revenue forecast process. Additionally, the role will also support development of long range plan and recurring activities such as weekly forecasting, regional reporting, commission attainment oversight and BOD meeting support. The position reports to the VP, FP&A . We are looking for top performers that have distinguished technical and analytical backgrounds, are excellent collaborators and have the drive and judgment to work effectively and independently.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage global forecast (full P&L) process by region and line of business on a weekly basis working with Sales Ops and accounting.
  • Manage the production of month-end close and forecast reporting packages. Collaborate with Sales Ops/Accounting partners to understand key variances and provide insightful analysis that identifies areas of opportunity and risk.
  • Drive forecast & reporting improvements that deliver improved forecast accuracy, visibility and efficiencies. Partner with our financial systems team to deliver key systems based improvements and initiatives.
  • Lead annual plan and rolling 4 quarter forecast submissions for completeness and accuracy. Partner with Sales Ops and International leads to ensure timely and accurate forecasts are achieved.
  • Collaborate with strategy team to develop 3 and 5 year long range plan that aligns with corporate strategy, key investments and strategic success metrics.
  • Prepare strategic materials for key management meetings (Board presentations, All Hands, Monthly close meetings) summarizing findings, risks, opportunities and recommendations.
  • Manage business segment reporting and analysis.
  • Assess investment scenarios, ROI and corresponding risks and opportunities to drive trade-off and investment decisions.
  • Support Executive team and other business leaders with ad-hoc requests.

Required Qualifications:

  • BS degree in finance/economics with excellent academic record. MBA or CPA preferred.
  • 7 - 10 years of progressive roles in finance, strategic planning, investment banking or equivalent experience.
  • Strong financial modeling, presentation and project management skills. Demonstrated ability to roll-up sleeves and work with team members in a hands-on management capacity.
  • Strong command of financial statements including P&L, Balance sheet and Cash flow.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively develop relationships with stakeholders and work with senior management.
  • Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multi-task and adjust to rapidly changing priorities in order to address/resolve the most critical/sensitive issues on a timely basis.
  • Ability to work well with ambiguity and own/drive tasks to completion.
  • Knowledge of ecommerce, digital marketing and internet platform technology sectors preferable.
  • Experience with financial systems, Adaptive Planning preferred.
