The Operations Summer Analyst 2020 Program provides the opportunity for new employees to both learn about the Financial Services Industry and develop the necessary professional competencies to be successful within ICG Operations.
Citi’s Institutional Clients Group (ICG) is looking for Summer Analysts to join the Technology team in North America. Our ICG Technologists support and enable the success of our trading businesses— and by utilizing a broad range of technologies, our team is at the forefront of innovation. We seek to drive our systems and processes toward scalable, low-latency, high-frequency enterprise systems to support Citi and our aggressive growth strategy. If none of these terms make sense right now, that’s ok! The Technology Summer Analyst Program includes on the desk training, informative speaker series as well as numerous networking opportunities. Throughout the program, Summer Analysts receive an in-depth education on the fundamentals of the Analyst role, as well as the nuances of Citi’s culture.
