Your Role and Responsibilities
Business Transformation Consultant - Professional Services Coordinator - 1yr Fixed Term - Brisbane
This role is responsible for providing a full range of skills to ensure the operations of the Professional Services team is exceptional. The position requires extensive sound knowledge of the IBM Maximo MRO Inventory Optimization (Formerly Oniqua) product, service delivery processes, customer support process, and the MRO Inventory Optimization consulting methodology.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
  • Coordinate customer Audits with the EVP of Professional Services, Consulting Managers and key stakeholders
  • Provide expertise and insight to continuously improve the value of the MRO Inventory Optimization practice’s capabilities and solution offerings, assisting in the development of functional requirements for Development
  • Recommend improvements to system and/or data integrity issues
  • Work with team managers and customers to review and develop business requirements and statements of work
  • Manage and improve templates used in the field and build a repository of best practice templates that are tied to the company’s methodology
  • Own the methodology for the Professional Services team and continuously make improvements to it utilizing “benched” resources
  • Coordinate Professional Services Resource plans and Utilize resources who are not currently assigned to projects to make improvements to the methodology, delivery processes, and consulting practice
  • Liaise with functional teams (Sales & Marketing, Account Management, Cloud Operations and Technology & Innovation) to ensure client and internal projects are coordinated and communicated amongst the teams
  • Help maintain an accurate list of customer contacts and employees to allow for effective communication between the company and its stakeholders
  • Develop and manage Project plans, budgeting and resourcing for new and existing customer projects
  • Drive customer satisfaction and service excellence through quality support action, excellent communications, processes and systems
  • Provide 1st and 2nd level customer support to customers and staff in accordance with agreed service levels
  • Ensure proper handoff and collaboration between regions
  • Ensure compliance with information security policies & procedures
Experience and background:
  • Previous experience in service delivery and/or customer support
  • Previous experience in, and High-Level understanding of IBM Maximo MRO Inventory Optimization solution
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project and Outlook
  • Ability to communicate and partner with other functions within the organization to get things done
  • B.A/B. S degree in Business
