Job Description

Candidate will be a valued team member of the US Card Administration Team. The candidate will be responsible for the administrative oversite of the Visa Inc. Global Corporate and Purchasing Card Programs. The role will manage day-to-day functions related to the card programs, working with the team to provide superior customer service to the end users, while enforcing cardholder compliance with the Global Travel and Expense Policies.

Essential Functions:

  • Manage the global corporate and purchasing card program for US and Canada based employees including: issuance, renewal, modification, cancellation, records retention, distribution lists, and customer service (credit limit increases, policy interpretation, exception transaction processing, etc.) while maintaining audit controls.
  • Oversee the Expense Report audit process, including management of queue, evaluation of T&E Policy exceptions, and periodic reviews with internal Controls team
  • Manage centralized ticketing system requests and departmental mailbox to address employee inquiries, card related issues, and other miscellaneous items related to Corporate Card and Purchasing card activities.
  • Reconcile central travel account and ghost card programs for proper classification to the General Ledger and coordination with the Accounts Payable team to facilitate payment.
  • Interact with other finance groups, including Global Sourcing, Accounts Payable, and Internal Controls to provide visibility into T&E spend, policy violations, and risky transaction patterns.
  • Lead and drive projects related to the Card Program, including requirements gathering and testing of enhancements to existing systems.
  • Participate in global card program meetings to provide and implement process improvements and standardize card program activities across the various regional centers.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • 2 years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience working directly with high volume Corporate Card and Purchasing card programs
  • Experience with Accounting related Travel and Entertainment expenses required

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with all levels of the organization with proven ability to interface well with all leadership levels
  • Proven experience working in a fast paced environment with constantly changing priorities
  • Team player with a strong client service orientation
  • Proven ability to take initiative and exercise sound business judgment
  • Proficient in Concur tool for reporting expenses
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Excellent customer service skills, strong organizational, interpersonal, verbal and written communication ability
  • Able to multi-task, learn, problem solve, prioritize, set and attain goals, hold others accountable and work independently
  • Experience leading others
  • Solid business management and handling of confidential information
  • Experience communicating in global environments

  • Incumbent must make themselves available during core business hours

Travel Requirements:

  • This position requires the incumbent to travel for work 0% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements:

  • This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers, reach with hands and arms, and bend or lift up to 25 pounds
