ICT Strategic Product Manager - Intranet & Search

Job summary:

The IT Digital Workspace unit is delivering a digital work environment for the entire workforce of Ericsson. We are responsible for the services closest to the user like the laptops, phones, networks, office applications, document management, intranet, search and support. We are responsible for delivering a state-of-the-art work place experience impacting the everyday work life for more than 100 000 users.

We are now looking for an ICT Strategic Product Manager to join our Intranet & Search team within IT Digital Workspace. You will work in a geographically distributed team, with competences stretching from development to user experience.

As Strategic product Manager within in Intranet & Search you will, among other things, be responsible for setting the long-term strategy for the portfolios: Enterprise Search, Intranet and Knowledge Management. This is done in close cooperation with business stakeholders and technical product managers.

As an ICT Strategic Product Manager, you will be working with products during the different phases of the Products / services lifecycle, meeting Ericsson internal needs and securing business value. You will regularly meet and cooperate with different stakeholders such as;

• Product, Service and Technology Vendors, Consulting and Integration Service Vendors
• Product Owners and relating Strategic Product Managers (external and internal)
• IT Portfolio Office
• Service Delivery Organization (Service Management and Delivery Management and IT Multi Regions)
• Business Relationship Managers
• Strategic Sourcing
• IT Security and Group Security
• Other Solution Areas and IT Functions, Group Functions, Business Units, Market Areas,
• End Users

Responsibilities:

• You will define portfolio strategy, roadmap and optimize portfolio Total Cost of Ownership (TCO)
• You will support the development of domain target architecture
• Prepare portfolio/product decisions and safeguard portfolio execution plans
• You will lead and drive core team
• You will also, drive portfolio competence and business readiness

Key competences

• Great communication skills
• Good at creative thinking
• Ability to manage stakeholders and align views

Key Qualifications:

• Education: MSc or equivalent
• Minimum years of experience: 8
• Domain experience: Web technologies in general, Web Content Management, search technologies, data and information processing.

The position is based in Kista, and you will report to the head of Sub-Solution Area Intranet & Search.
