Hey Austin! Guess what? Everlane continues to grow our retail footprint and we are very excited to announce the opening of our 7th store in your city! We are very proud of our retail growth and very excited to bring Everlane IRL to Austin. We are and looking for a top-notch team that can deliver the best experience possible for customers. This team will serve as the face of Everlane, and we’re looking to hire those who can make an awesome first impression on every individual who comes through the door. We are a fast-paced and rapidly growing company, so flexibility and resilience is key. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to learn about building a successful and unique retail environment from the ground up. The position is paid hourly.

Your day-to-day:

• Working with our customers and being the true ‘IRL’ Everlane experience
• Processing purchases, returns and exchanges
• Being an expert on our brand and our products
• Offering style and fit advice
• Keeping our store clean and tidy
• Organizing and preparing inventory
• Communicating and collaborating with team
• Standing and moving for 8 hours
• Occasionally lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs
• Restocking floor throughout the day
