POSITION SUMMARY:

The AEII of Ecommerce is responsible for developing, communicating and ensuring the execution of product, merchandising, marketing and sales strategies for Heritage Sportswear pure play accounts.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:

  • Day to day management of pure play accounts:
    • Drive assortment strategies (provide direction/guidance on assortment and allocation strategies)
    • Inventory management (ensure account has proper inventory levels at the program level at all times, ensure internal inventory levels are adequate to support strategies)
    • Pricing (provide pricing guidance to ensure accounts are competitive and able to maximize business profitably)
    • Develop strong working relationship with account partners
    • Collaborate with our internal digital marketing team on site marketing and site merchandising initiatives
    • Frequent website audits (evaluate competition and ensure best in class merchandising/PDP strategies)
    • Analyze selling and identify in-season (and future season) sales opportunities
  • Explore new digital account opportunities for the division

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 -7 year’s sales experience
  • Prior experience in eCommerce is required
  • Experience in Amazon preferred

Education: Bachelor’s degree in related field of study, or equivalent functional experience

Skills:

  • Highly Analytical

  • Strong understanding of retail eCommerce
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Ability to sell product and business strategies
  • Excellent analytical ability coupled with creative problem solving ability
