  • Highly collaborative with a passion for analytics, innovative marketing, and creative excellence
  • Well-versed in the full capabilities of an ESP/CRM (Iterable, Hubspot, Klaviyo, Sendgrid, Listrak, Mailchimp, etc.) including campaign execution, running A/B tests, segment creation, and reporting.
  • Experience managing and optimizing e-commerce platforms (Shopify and/or ReCharge preferred)
  • Able to problem solve on the fly as well as manage multiple priorities
  • Well-versed in marketing concepts (CPA, CTR, CVR, impressions, etc.)
  • Comfortable analyzing and manipulating data in Excel, Google Analytics, and Looker to draw meaningful insights that inform strategy
R O L E

  • Manage operations of the email program: developing email calendar, deploying campaigns, and executing A/B tests in emails and on-site lead capture
  • Manage conversion rate optimization for supplements store: maintaining prioritized roadmap and conducting on-site testing
  • Compile and share weekly/monthly reporting for all major insights with the team and with key stakeholders
  • Partner with our creative team to assemble creative briefs, write copy, and provide recommendations for email & e-commerce creative based on past performance
  • Continually perform competitive analysis and identify key trends and insights to drive performance of CRM & e-commerce
  • Conduct A/B tests to learn, optimize KPIs, and identify opportunities to improve our CRM
Q U A L I F I C A T I O N S
  • 3+ years in digital marketing / CRM / email marketing
  • Experience managing an ESP/CRM platform
  • Experience managing an e-commerce platform (Shopify and ReCharge preferred)
  • Detail-oriented with strong communication skills
  • Comfortability manipulating and analyzing data
  • Experience in venture-backed growth stage startups preferred
