We are expanding our Online Management team based in Amsterdam, and are looking for a strong leader to help us build and scale in this new region. The Online Account Executive team is tasked with identifying and closing inbound opportunities for customers with 1-10 employees, as well as qualifying opportunities for our upmarket teams. We serve the front lines of Zoom on our phone line and website chat as well as respond to inbound leads.
Responsibilities
- Build and Lead a team of online account executives in Amsterdam to identify, develop and nurture pipeline leads as well as close business in our online segment.
- Originally focused on opportunities in our EMEA region, the team’s goals will expand as the presence and success in the region does.
- Manage team to key KPIs, using data to drive feedback and coaching. Provide call and chat coaching to reps on a weekly basis
- Work directly with the Director of Online Sales to set quarterly goals and expand the team’s success and achievement in this new market
- Drive team growth through effective and strategic hiring by working cross-functionally with the recruitment team.
- Continuously work to educate and promote growth for direct reports.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Account Executive management or Sales Development management experience in a Technology company. Closing experience preferred
- Fluency in business English required
- Flexibility to work across several global time zones required
- Strong coaching and leadership skills required
- Ability to lead a team with multiple languages, strong and effective communication is a requirement.
- Business forecasting, pipeline development and management skills are required
- Direct SaaS/ Cloud selling experience preferred. SaaS video or web conferencing solutions selling experience preferred.
- Inbound sales experience required.
- Presence and proficiency in social media such as LinkedIn preferred
- Strong collaboration and relational skills
- A proven track record of hitting or exceeding monthly/quarterly/yearly objectives, closed sales, client satisfaction, & teamwork
- Must have strong verbal skills with consultative professional business acumen
- Must be detail oriented, organised, ethical, responsible, & self-motivated
- Salesforce CRM experience preferred. Strong Internet research skills with excellent PC literacy [Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint]
- BA/ BS or equivalent experience
