Your Opportunity
The Marketing Manager within the Advisor Services Marketing organization will be part of a dynamic team that develops high impact campaigns and communications across key custody and regulatory areas that support these clients. As a strategic partner, you’ll support the business on a day-to-day basis by providing sound marketing advice and consultation that help tackle tough business challenges, and will implement marketing activities across a broad mix of channels, tactics and content. This positon will report to the Managing Director of Technology and Custody Marketing.

- You naturally maintain a tight focus on the client (in this case, usually the independent financial advisor), and analyze situations from different points of view
- You’re intellectually curious, and want to learn all about the different aspects related to an advisor’s business
- You’re comfortable with developing marketing campaigns across a wide range of products and solutions
- Crafting key messages using input from the business, and collaborate with external agencies to refine is something you can do quickly and consistently.
- You have the people skills that make it easy to build rapport with a broad range of stakeholders and collaborating on input and feedback
- You have a track record of flawless tactical execution across a range of channels and tactics
- You have an action-oriented, proactive project management style with ability to identify issues or risks
- You’re a self-starter with the ability to navigate issues, and drive work forward independently
What you have
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3+ years of experience in a product marketing role, ideally within financial services.
- Understanding of the B:B relationship, experience working with independent financial advisors a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills, able to distill complex information and see things through clients eyes to craft clear and compelling messaging and content
- Strong project management skills, with demonstrated success in managing multiple projects with short timelines
- Self-motivated with solid judgment and ability to think clearly and form a point of view
- Results-focused and able to work in team-based environment to achieve goals
- Strong presentation and PowerPoint skills
