That’s where Retail Participant Marketing steps in to make this connection between earning, saving and investing toward a financially secure future.
The Sr. Marketing Manager - Retail Participant Engagement is part of the Retail Acquisition and Corporate Marketing organization, which is charged with growing Schwab’s share of affluent investors by promoting broader adoption of Schwab products and services. The ultimate goal of the team is to drive consideration for, conversion of, and ultimately an ongoing relationship with, Schwab Retail. This is done through traditional and non-traditional channels, centrally and locally across the many markets we serve.
In this role, the Sr. Marketing Manager - Retail Participant Engagement will work closely with Retail Participant Experience (RPE) and our workplace solutions teams to oversee marketing projects that reach participants across our three workplace platforms: Schwab Retirement Plan Services, Compliance Solutions and Schwab Stock Plan Services.
The Sr. Marketing Manager - Retail Participant Engagement will help reach these goals by:
• Establishing a deep understanding of Schwab’s core Retail offer and how it translates and comes to life in participant-facing marketing.
• Knowledge of the core workplace solutions experiences we provide to help identify entry points for Retail.
• Partner with RPE and our workplace solutions businesses to reach employees within these core experiences and build B:B:C and B:C marketing programs to engage and drive action.
• Work collaboratively with RPE and other business and marketing partners to build and deliver programs that support acquisition and growth through content, communications and sales enablement.
• Help set marketing engagement metrics and track progress on a monthly basis
• Marketing budget oversight
