Primary Function of Position
The Professional Education & Program Services (PEPS), Operations & Innovation organization is seeking a learning product manager to own the planning, development, implementation, and support for Intuitive Learning – the Intuitive online learning platform for our customers worldwide. Supervising the Customer Learning Management team and reporting to the Senior Director of Operations and Innovation, the learning product manager advances the growth and impact of Intuitive Learning. This is an exciting opportunity to innovate and advance the access and impact of our learning content for our customers in a way that scales with the unprecedented growth of our business worldwide.
The Product Manager, Customer Learning Systems will work within a cross-functional team responsible for the overall vision, user experience design, technology and systems architecture, and product and content strategy, throughout the development cycles for our customer learning platform. The Product Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining the product roadmap by scoping requirements from internal partners, relevant customer feedback, learning analytics, and industry research. This business critical role requires a unique blend of business and technical skills to drive the development of the vision based on business needs and execute in partnership with cross functional teams to transform the vision into an impactful product. Utilizing operational excellence methods, the product manager will use data to measure product effectiveness and utilization and drive continuous improvements to advance our learning ecosystem goals.
Roles and Responsibilities:• Partner with stakeholders to align business priorities, maintain product vision and development roadmap, prioritize business objectives, and leverage an interdisciplinary team to develop innovative learning solutions • Drive product requirements prioritization and detailed product definition for content and learning management features within Intuitive Learning • Partner with Intuitive Learning platform development teams to establish feature requirements, create development acceptance criteria, assemble needed resources, groom sprint plans, approve completed sprints, support User Acceptance Testing, and document final approvals• Engage with customers through a variety of channels and serve as the voice of the customer internally and externally to inform continuous improvement• Work directly with the platform development team and vendors as needed to execute and deliver on the product roadmap• Coordinate education teams and development teams to drive delivery on project objectives, including the design, development, publication and delivery of learning content and learning solutions and manage these products in all stages of the product lifecycle. • Manage education and change management required to drive adoption of Intuitive Learning new features included in each product release per regional needs• Lead product marketing campaigns, demonstrations, internal and external customer training sessions, development of collateral and support materials, etc. to enable the launch and adoption of new features• Ensure Intuitive Learning complies with all global legal and regulatory obligations as well as business objectives for localization• Function as an expert on administration, analytics, and reporting for Intuitive Learning; demonstrate transparency and accountability by reporting on product progress and results; drive action planning based on data insights • Supervise the Customer Learning Management Systems team and establish effective tracking of customer support incidents in ServiceNow to accomplish system effectiveness and close feedback loop related to customer learning needs & overall experience.• Provide additional back-up production support for learning systems, including course management, troubleshooting, user access, and integration issues. • Ensure Intuitive new hires working with Intuitive Learning receive appropriate training on the available features and development• Research new and emerging technologies in learning management systems identifying potential applications to meet business needsQualifications
Required• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Education Technology related fields required; Master’s degree or higher in relevant area preferred• 8+ YEARS Experience implementing and administering learning or content management systems• 8+ years of experience leading product design vision and working with agile software development teams to deliver results• Demonstrated experience utilizing multiple channels to manage learning product launch • 5+ years of experience as a people manager leading teams • Proven ability to work on cross-functional teams and communicate with colleagues in both business and technical roles• Experience gathering business and customer requirements and translating into product requirements• Demonstrated experience managing complex technology projects with multiple stakeholders worldwide• 5+ years of experience using data and analytics to solve business problems and evolve learning technologies• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to present information in a clear and concise manner to various technical, business stakeholder, and leadership audiences• Ability to independently operate and lead through ambiguity in a fast-paced environmentPreferred• Experience with Totara / Moodle LMS• Experience with xAPI, Learning Locker, and learning analytics• Working experience with ServiceNow incident management and development tracking• Experience working within the Medical Device or a similar regulated industry• Experience in instructional design methodologies and learning technologies We are an AA/EEO/Veterans/Disabled employer.
