Your Focus:

As the Business Analyst/Product Owner you will be responsible for understanding business needs and priorities at a tactical and a strategic level, providing communication and coordination between the meaningful stakeholders and the product development team or teams. You will own the product and its capabilities and ensure that the business priorities are reflected in the committed work of the development team. You will focus on ensuring the product value proposition and desired business capabilities are carried out in the product developed to ensure the success of the business endeavor. Provide Project Management systems support and guidance against requests for changes and enhancements for ACIS, ACRO, CCMS, Director, Salesforce, Siebel, Connect Direct as well as IVR. Create business requirements and manages projects from requirements to implementation to ensure on-time completion according to requirements and with limited guidance from senior team members.
Provide UAT and production certifications on all system implementations.
Organize own work projects to meet deadlines and deliver quality results.

• Develops the Product Roadmap of Feature and capabilities to ensure alignment of product development efforts with business strategic plans
• Participates in backlog grooming and sprint commitments (as needed) to validate product capabilities
• Works with business analysts to posit business goals and ensure features and user stories to be developed
• Advising senior management
• Evangelizing the product with the business and coordinating between senior business leaders and development team
• Works with management for estimation and tracking of financials and budget development for long-term product strategy

Skills & Education

• 1-3 years of experience in creating user stories
• Experience working in an Agile environment
• Strong communication skills with internal and external business partners
• Experience crafting customer interfacing software solutions
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
