Join the Roblox team where play rules and the possibilities are endless. We are looking for a talented Senior Technical Recruiter to join our Bay Area technical recruiting team (San Mateo, CA). You will play a crucial role in hiring for positions specific to our Game Engine Engineering Team.

Our dynamic TA team is the strategic engine that enables us to hire top talent, for the right roles at the right time.

As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will own the identification and engagement of top tech talent through creative and unconventional means, as well as partner with our sourcing team when needed. You will drive recruiting best practice, manage top class candidate experience, and relationship management while closely partnering with and advising our hiring community.

If you have:

• 5+ years recruiting experience with a search firm, in-house recruiting team or a combination of both
• A proven track record for successfully identifying and filling pipelines with exceptional candidates in high growth environments (Bay Area tech preferred)
• Exceptional interviewing, communication, organizational and problem-solving skills
• Strong interpersonal and consultative skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
• Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) Greenhouse a plus
• The ability to work effectively in fast-paced organizations where change is a constant, and a knack for finding creative ways to hit your targets
