Job Description:

Roles & Responsibilities

1.Over all responsible for managing the ITSM lifecycle (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, SLA, KPI, CSI, etc)

2.Willing to work in shifts (24x7)

3.Ability to drive the calls during critsit

4.Project Delivery metrics

Experience (No of years)

1.6 to 10 years experience in 24x7 operations with good understanding of IT infrastructure with ITSM process

2.ITIL / ITSM certification

Desired Skills

1.Good communication skills and customer management experience

2.Work experience with clients outside India or in onsite roles.

3.Strong knowledge in ITIL process.

4.Strong experience in Incident and Problem management.

5.Strong ability to manage critical situations with minimum supervision

6.Customer service orientation and ability to work in a team

7.Ability to perform in adverse situations

8.ServiceNow ITSM tool experience

9.Ability to think clearly under pressure.

10.Self-motivated and focused.

11.Attention to detail.

12.Excellent time management skills

13.Flexibility of working to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines.

14.Customer and end user focused.

15.Must be able to learn, understand, and apply new technologies
