We are growing our London based Business Development team in support of our global network and are looking for a Business Development Coordinator to join with immediate effect! The Business Development Coordinator will report directly to the Global Lead Generation Team and be based in Kin + Carta Create's offices in Kings Cross. Your sales efforts will help build customer value and drive new business. Activities involve researching, prospecting, identifying quality leads, and participating in industry networking events to build overall sales pipelines.

Responsibilities for the Business Development Coordinator include:

• Research, prospect and develop new business opportunities through developing lists, regular outreach, social selling, and networking
• Uncover interested prospects/decision-makers in key verticals to initiate the sales process
• Develop, maintain, and expand your database of prospects within your pipeline
• Work closely with our New Business teams to develop strategy surrounding targeted industries and new territories
• Submit complete information in the company database and provide regular updates to management regarding opportunities, trends, and challenges
• Meet or exceed monthly individual and team goals

Kin + Carta are looking for someone who has previous experience in a similar role, with a love of sales and emerging tech. You are a goal driven person, who works well in a team environment and loves problem solving!
The Business Development Coordinator will work with an established team in London, as well as teams in the US and Argentina. Therefore excellent communication skills are very important.
