Mobify is looking for a
Data Analyst to join our
Customer Success Team on a
part-time, fixed-term basis . This position will end at the
end of November . Join us in redefining how brands and retailers deliver customer experiences. Mobify’s Front-end Platform as a Service is a brand new way to unlock the agility of a headless commerce approach that is powerful, fast and immersive. As a Data Analyst, you will study the effects of our cutting-edge technology and your findings will be used to advise VPs at Internet Retailer 500 companies. What You'll Do
- Demonstrate the value of Mobify to customers pre-sale and post-sale, often in the form of a presentation, by using SQL to gather data from Mobify's databases and analyzing using Excel
- Assist with escalations using data in Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics and our own databases to identify tracking errors or points of friction.
- Manage data-based projects and ad hoc analyses from internal requests.
- Support Account Executives and Customer Success Managers in presenting your findings to prospects and customers.
Who You Are
- You have experience analyzing data, preferably web data (e.g. Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics)
- You are strategic, curious and confident presenting ideas to stakeholders
- You can find the story in the data and able to build out presentations to share your story in an effective and engaging way
- You take a keen interest in the relevant business context to better refine your storytelling
- You know which graph to use when
- You have experience presenting complex concepts in clear, concise terms
- You are a strong communicator who enjoys sharing knowledge and information
- You love working as part of a team and can juggle multiple projects simultaneously
- You have customer-facing experience
- You are able to commit to working on average 20 hours per week until the end of November
Bonus
- You have knowledge of e-commerce
- You have experience with SQL
- You have experience with statistical models, experimental design and hypothesis testing (a/b testing / split testing)
- You have UX or design experience
- You have user research experience
- You have teaching experience
