(Willing to assist with relocation to Dublin) Etsy is looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager with a background in the software development life cycle (SDLC) to lead exciting technology changes in an environment of rapid, iterative implementation. Etsy’s Technical Program Management (or TPM) Team’s mission is to
Empower teams to meet their ambitious goals by: Ensuring teams have and execute against well-organized, clearly communicated, actionable plans Helping teams establish, iterate, and reflect on their process Furthering the practice of Technical Program Management at Etsy and industry-wide As Etsy continues to improve the developer experience, this Senior TPM will play a key role in partnering with our Developer Infrastructure (Dev Infra) teams whose mission it is to

About the Role
- Take initiative on forming and implementing solutions to moderately complex, loosely scoped problems that are aligned with your DevInfra’s goals
- Actively promote and enable consistent engineering processes and practices, with an emphasis on continuous improvement and self reflection
- Effectively engage with engineers, managers, external vendors, and/or other stakeholders to deliver projects and programs across teams or organizations
- Collaborate across teams to track complex project dependencies, mitigate risks and issues, build clear lines of communication, and ensure transparency about status
- Enthusiastically add to and promote the community of TPMs and actively engage in creating synergies within the practices
About You
- You have 3-5 years of a proven successful track record in technical project and program management
- You have knowledge and experience with the SDLC, specifically understanding how Product Engineers build and deploy code
- You are willing and able to talk and work directly with the engineers, digesting and distilling what is happening and what is needed
- You have a customer-first mentality and can comfortably work in a geographically distributed organization
- You adapt easily to a continuously changing environment, regularly validating that your work aligns to the company’s priorities
- You take pride in your excellent verbal and written communication skills
- You practice Servant Leadership, accepting responsibility without presuming authority, and leading with confidence, transparency, and humility
