Better requires process discipline and simplification

In this role you will takeover existing Application Suite and System Operations, improve quality by identifying and implementing improvement potential, have high business affinity and evidenced customer satisfaction as you will be working directly with global business functions. You will have proven results to have built and operate an effective technology organization, with balanced and prioritized Development portfolio in partnership with business teams.

To excel in this role, you will be a technical graduate along with 10 plus years of .NET development experience with focus on managing teams to deliver technology focused projects. You would have excellent communication skills with stakeholder management being a critical KRA for you. You have relevant exposure to the accounting domain working closely with finance /accounting teams & be able to speak, understand accounting terms. You will have transition exposure of migrating applications to Cloud, supervising architecture & relevant ERP exposure.
