Job Description

We are looking for a growth leader to establish the growth marketing function at Crew. In this role, you will be responsible for program strategy and execution aimed at generating and nurturing enterprise pipeline. You will leverage data to drive marketing strategies across paid, owned, and earned channels: SEO, SEM, web, social, email, and in-app. This is a functional leadership role on a small but growing marketing team. We’re looking for an analytical and creative self-starter excited to roll up her or his sleeves and find creative, scrappy solutions. Your scope will be broad and your individual contributions will have a direct and immediate impact on the business overall. You will report to the Director of Marketing and work closely with a cross-functional leadership team that spans Sales, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, Design, and Finance.

Your Role

    • Establish a deep understanding of our product, target personas, and the customer journey
    • Own end-to-end strategy and execution for paid social and performance marketing campaigns
    • Craft and execute marketing automation strategies aligned with broader growth objectives
    • Develop and execute account-based marketing programs in deep partnership with Sales
    • Create dashboards and regularly report on the health of performance marketing programs
    • Master the existing tools in our marketing stack to operate quickly and independently
    • Proactively identify and onboard new tools and vendor resources as needed
    • Monitor program performance and use insights to inform strategies moving forward
    • Document and socialize best practices and key findings to raise the team’s collective IQ
    • Regularly present about program strategy and results to the company and leadership team
    • Manage competing priorities to determine where your effort will have the greatest impact
    • Work in close partnership with Sales, Product, Engineering, Design, and Finance

Experience and Skills

    • 3-5 years experience in growth, performance marketing, and/or marketing automation roles
    • First-hand experience using performance marketing tools to manage and execute campaigns
    • Experience instrumenting our channel mix for campaign attribution through the funnel
    • Adept at managing and getting the most out of marketing automation and CRM systems
    • Experience running account-based marketing (ABM) programs
    • Structured, analytical thinker with a flair for communicating complex ideas in simple terms
    • Decisive, with a strong bias toward actionUp to speed on the latest marketing technology and trends
    • Experience using SQL to answer strategic questions with data
    • Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web tech; experience with Wix a plus
    • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field preferred
    • Passionate about bringing modern workplace technology to millions of hourly workers
