About this roll *:

• Manage Toast Installers team in your region
• Learn the Toast POS system and become a product expert
• Ensure positive customer experiences and quality installations in your region
• Install / configure Toast hardware including terminals, handhelds, printers and other peripherals
• Install networking devices including routers and wireless access points
• Conduct restaurant operation consultation sessions with owners/chefs to configure the Toast POS appropriately
• Run training sessions with front of house, back of house and restaurant management
• Maintain and document implementation plans and network diagrams
• Test / troubleshoot unknown networking problems

Do you have the right ingredients* ?

• Experience managing remote teams
• Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
• Demonstrates attention to detail and strong organization skills
• Ability to problem solve and troubleshoot in a timely manner
• Adaptability and strong work ethic
• 5+ years of experience installing/configuring point-of-sale systems or comparable experience
• Knowledge of network design and deployment including protocols supporting LANs and WANs
• Networking degree or certification is a plus but not required
• This role will require regional travel
