Our SEA region has an opportunity to work in our Singapore Office in our Finance Team as an Assistant Accountant. In this role, you will report to the Revenue Manager and be responsible for managing the AR month end close process to ensure the transactions for the period have been accounted for.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle AR processing
  • Issue invoices and statement of accounts
  • Handle customer queries in regard to the invoices and statement of accounts
  • Monitor collections, post receipts and performing monthly bank reconciliation for bank account
  • Prepare reconciliation reports for customers
  • Prepare month end balance sheet review and reconciling any differences.
  • Assist in the periodic and year end audit
  • Any ad hoc duties as assigned by your manager

  • External: Auditors and Clients

Desired Experience & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance / Business or related field
  • Proven successful organization and administration skills
  • Experienced in using Netsuite software a plus
  • At least 1 year experience
  • Strong analytical and processing skills.
  • Attention to detail. Ensures that all tasks are completed with 100% accuracy
  • Communication skills. Writes, speaks and presents information effectively and persuasively across communication settings
  • Planning, organizing and coordinating. Efficiently develops and implements plans to accomplish goals before deadlines
  • Ability to develop strong, lasting client relationships
  • Strong initiative, resourcefulness & willingness to learn and be taught, proactively identifies new opportunities
  • Power Point, Excel, Word & Outlook skills mandatory
  • Results/ goal oriented/ Action oriented. Pursues work with energy
  • Amiable and team oriented. Works well in a team and is helpful and respectful to others
  • Drive for results. Continually focuses on achieving positive, concrete results contributing to Amobee’s ongoing success
  • Responds well to a challenge
