Job Description

Role :

As an experienced Kronos Systems Analyst you will be focused on building systems for payroll using Kronos, working on enhancements within the workforce management and HR integration tool. This role is an opportunity to support our global teams which include China, Europe and potentially Berlin.

Responsibilities :

- Strong experience working with Workforce Integration Manager (WIM) to develop and enhance interfaces for Global HR, Payroll and employee data imports.

- Experienced in designing and developing complex integration solutions / Interfaces between HRIS, Payroll and Timekeeping system

- Experience with Analytics and Navigator views, customization for Global end user profiles.

- Experience in creating complex pay rules, work rules and calculations as needed

- Experience with SQL database, queries and reporting tools.

- Ability to work closely with Analytics and dba to develop dashboards, reporting and KPIs

- A detailed-oriented individual with an eye toward consistency, QA and deployment of new features within the Workforce Central product suite.

- Work with Global Payroll/ HR teams to provide enhancements, solutions for new Pay rules, Work rules and reporting requirements

- Work as point of escalation for Kronos Analyst, HRBPs and Payroll teams with day to day issues/ questions related to Kronos application, payroll related inquiries, reports requirements etc.

- - Work closely with Systems Manager/ IT and End Users on On-Going Projects, Enhancements and Upgrades with focus on EMEA/ APAC

- Work with Senior Manager on global rollouts, support and strategy for new countries.

- Work with IT and Systems Manager on Device group assignments and employee groups for global access.

- Perform UAT, test scenarios for various pay rules, work rules changes

- Work with Manufacturing and Production teams to provide Advance Scheduling solutions, labor tracking tools and enhancements for labor productivity.

Requirements:

- Min. 5 years of Kronos Workforce Central, Timekeeping experience required

- Strong knowledge of Pay Rules, Work Rules, Leave and Accrual configuration in global perspective and system building blocks.

- Knowledge of time keeping, break rules, overtime calculations, processes and compliance a plus.

- Ability to multi task and prioritize in a fast paced environment

- Work with various levels of end users

- Flexible working with global time zones and tight project timelines

- Mandarin knowledge a plus
