What you will do
As a Data Analyst, you will be part of the Data team, which is a transverse organization, gathering business analysts, data scientists, web analysts and data engineers and which role is to boost TheFork capacity to leverage data to create Business Value.
Led by a the Chief Data Office, the team is composed by 20 people, regrouping:
As a Data Analyst, you will be part of the Data Insights team and have numerous interactions with both the other parts of the Data organization and the business teams.
What you will do
As a key player in our Data Insights team, you wil take the ownership on one or several Business-Data Domain(s), on which you will partner with Business teams to help them leveraging data to accelerate their different projects and initiatives.
Your Business-Data Domain(s) will mainly focus on TheFork B2C users’ related business topics (acquisition, CRM, life time value, revenue,...) but you will also have the opportunity (transverse projects,...) to be exposed to the B2B (restaurants) aspects of our Business. On these domains, you will develop a deep understanding of business operations and associated data model(s), in order to deliver best in class analysis and tools (models, dashboards...) to support decision-making and performance management.
Your main responsibilities will be the following:
o Needs identification, Reports & KPIs specifications,
o Contribution to the elaboration of some reports (with the BI Factory supporting a part of the delivery),
o Validate indicators,
o Support to business users for report deployment
o Assist business teams with ad hoc queries and provide analytical support to our fast growing business (back business cases, model strategic projects’ impacts...)
o Develop proactive analysis and provide associated insights to Business teams
o Conduct deep studies on business issues defined jointly with Business teams
o Track and decrypt customer behaviors
o Propose segmentations and work with data scientists on scorings based on Customer Behaviors
