Join SpotX as a Marketing Manager . SpotX, an RTL Group company, is the leading video advertising platform unifying TV and digital video globally.
The SpotX Marketing Manager works with all platform teams and product to develop collateral for various sales objectives. You are responsible for planning, coordinating and overseeing the execution of marketing campaigns and other communication plans in relation to SpotX’s supply side offerings. You will ensure campaigns are aligned with the overall marketing message and company strategy, and that branding guidelines are followed. You will manage the inbound queue of requests, but also be tasked with pro-actively identifying projects that will help push sales and operational goals. You have exceptional writing and project management skills, can meet or beat tight deadlines, are a quick learner, and excels in a fast-paced environment. How you'll make an immediate impact:
  • Ideate and create a wide variety of sales empowerment collateral such as one-sheets, pitch presentations and more
  • Take ownership of product based relationships and provide necessary branding, content design and other support for new product launches
  • Take ownership, from a marketing perspective, of all supply related marketing initiatives with the intention of driving account growth, sales, and organizational goals
  • Organize & oversee execution of successful marketing campaigns using various marketing channels - website, email, social media, etc
  • Analyze performance of campaigns and take action to improve their reach and success
  • Work with subject matter experts to write and design case studies, website copy, blog posts, solution sheets, presentations and other collateral
What we're looking for:
  • Bachelor's Degree in marketing or a related field
  • 5 years+ of hands-on marketing experience (technology or advertising industry a plus)
  • Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts and target the message to different audiences
  • Proven experience in developing successful cross-channel marketing campaigns
  • Proven ability to work within a fast-paced, deadline-driven working environment
  • Experience with WordPress or a comparable website content management system
  • Experience with Hubspot or comparable email marketing service
  • Experience with Google Analytics or comparable web analytics tool
  • Working knowledge of social media channels - Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram
  • Working knowledge of basic SEO practices - experience with an SEO tool/platform a plus
  • Proficiency with Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop a plus
