Role Summary:
In the role of Production Supervision Manager, you will utilize your experience or expertise to develop and execute objectives for self and others, lead your team through collaborative problem solving, and impact short-term and some long-term business goals.
Essential Responsibilities:
Supervise and coach in an electronics production workforce
Leading daily operations objectives to meet or exceed goals in Production, Safety, Quality, Cost, and Customer Satisfaction
Manage team safety
Manage team development
Cross-train hourly personnel
Submit methods requests
Participate in AMP (Assembly mistake proofing) events
Manage production commitments
Support shop floor process
Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited University or College (Or a High School Diploma / GED with a minimum of 4-years of experience in Manufacturing)
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Production Supervision
Desired Characteristics:
3 (+) years of experience in Production Supervision
Strong Communication Skills
Strong Interpersonal and Leadership Skills
Ability to influence others and lead small teams
Lead initiatives and moderate scope and impact
Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously
Effective problem identification and solution skills
Proven analytical and organization ability
