Role

The Executive Recruiter will be an important member of the GTO team and will partner closely with peer TA Partners and hiring managers to develop strategies to find and assess leadership candidate for all of our Business Functions. The successful candidate will develop strategic and creative ways to identify leading talent, and invest time in activating passive candidates through a highly professional and engaged approaches. We’re seeing a go-getter who doesn’t believe in leaving any stone unturned. They must bring polish, creativity, scrappiness and be a team player.

What you get to do in this role:

  • Work closely with hiring managers to deeply understand requirements of roles, functions and how they fit into the organization
  • Design and execute talent engagement strategies for Director, Senior Director, VP and above roles
  • Team with Coordinators and Recruiters to manage an efficient model of operation
  • Strategize different ways to build talent pipelines and execute on tactical research, referral generation, events and sourcing campaigns
  • Find, engage and activate passive candidates through the use of Boolean, LinkedIn and alternative search techniques
  • Deliver qualified diverse pipelines for active roles, as well as actively network and establish strong relationships with diverse candidates and organizations
  • Screen resumes and interview candidates to determine fit
  • Regularly track pipeline activity to share with internal stakeholders
  • Analyze effectiveness of efforts through data analysis and reporting including search progress reports, status reports, and market trend/feedback reports for presentation to Senior Executives
  • Partner across a variety of functions to create relevant, compelling, personalized and high-touch candidate experiences that align with ServiceNow’s values and mission

To be successful in this role, we need someone who has:

  • Minimum of 7+ years sourcing and recruiting experience with a search firm or in-house recruiting team focused on leadership roles, i.e. Director level and above.
  • Proven ability to screen resumes to identify prospective candidates
  • Research/sourcing skills with ability to search for hard-to-fill requisitions
  • Candidate engagement approach with ability to activate passive candidates
  • Interview skills with ability to screen for both technical and cultural qualities
  • Industry knowledge with ability to understand relevant tech skills, target companies and conferences
  • Interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with recruiters and hiring managers
  • Experience using talent and market insights and data to influence executive-level audiences
  • Outstanding teamwork and multitasking skills
  • Ability to thrive and prioritize in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment
  • Ability to understand & interpret complex business needs and business structures
