Job Description

  • Sales tools Training & Best Practice: The analyst will be a key point of contact and support for all MS Dynamics users in Europe & Africa offices and will lead training sessions for new users; keep the user guide up to date; and drive best practice in use of any sales systems, tools (eg DOD analysis & AAF) and standard processes.
  • Sales Tools Configuration: Configure sales tools to reflect our business structure eg. Business units, approval workflow configurations, business products and fee types.
  • Project Management of Sales Tools Development: Lead the requirements gathering, documentation, communication and testing of new developments on sales systems to meet SOX compliance requirements, new requirements due to business updates, and integration / workflows with billing systems.
  • MS Dynamics Reporting for users- Build standard dashboards, queries and reports for key users within MS Dynamics. Provide ad-hoc analysis and reporting at the request of the Director of Sales Operations, or senior business stakeholders eg in Legal, Finance, IT
  • Business Intelligence & Management Reporting – Utilise Power BI, Excel & other available tools to continue to deliver and improve a) data quality reports b) pipeline reporting c) regular management reports
  • Communicate regularly with Local Teams to manage timely updates of Tier C&D clients
  • Data migration processes: Assist the Director of Sales operations in all data provision for invoicing systems and data mapping. This currently includes raising and approving tickets for Medea data migration and is likely next year to include support for migration to TWDC invoicing systems.
  • Sales administration or data management background
  • Experience with CRM systems an advantage, in particular MS Dynamics
  • Highly numerate and analytical
  • Exceptional attention to detail and highly organized

  • Process Documentation & IT requirements analysis skills
  • Project Management & planning skills
  • Pro-active communicator and confident in communicating with all levels in the organisation
  • Strong team player – co-operative and able to partner with colleagues within affiliate sales & other key departments to provide support and drive best practice
  • Training skills – able to communicate systems knowledge and processes to new users.
  • Experience with CRM systems an advantage, in particular MS Dynamics
  • Experience within media industries an advantage
  • Analytical and data management skills using a range of BI and analytical tools
  • Ability to manage change and solve problems
  • Strong commercial awareness
  • Strong time management and ability to prioritise, multi-task, and work to operational deadlines
  • Able to manage long term development projects alongside day to day operational activities
The Senior Data Analyst will support the Director of Sales Operations & Compliance within the Affiliate Distribution team. The data analyst will work with members of the distribution team across EMEA and our business intelligence systems to cover monitoring and reporting of 1,500+ Disney & FNG Affiliate clients across the Europe and Africa region. The operations department is responsible for ensuring that we have high quality data and administration regarding our current and new deals, that approval requirements are adhered to and that we can report accurately on our contracts and pipeline. The operations department drives best practice and compliance aiming for timely fully contracted renewals, up to date administration and data, and monitoring and driving compliance for client billing and payments.
Working closely with the regional sales analysts and managers, legal and finance departments the Data Analyst will assist the Director of Sales Operations and Compliance in building the data management and analytical capabilities required to monitor business & process data relating to subscriber reporting, client invoicing, revenue and forecasting, and ensure data quality, integrity and accessibility.
