Job summary

The Red Hat Consulting team is looking for a Project Coordinator to join us in Madrid, Spain. In this role, you will manage all aspects of projects at a foundational level. You will deliver project kickoffs, manage schedules and project assignments, maintain risk and issue logs, complete regular internal and external status reports, and complete project closeout activities. Primary job responsibilities

• Assist Services Delivery Managers and Project Managers with staffing allocations across all projects in the region
• Assist Services Delivery Managers and Project Managers with third-party resources provisioning
• Coordinate with customers and project teams on a regular basis, interact with cross-functional internal Finance and back office teams, etc.
• Coordinate quality assurance QA) activities in projects like quality surveys, etc.
• Gain an understanding of the Services team’s global project management framework and methodology

Required skills

• Experience delivering professional services engagements
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English
• Good organizational skills
• Working knowledge of project delivery methodologies
• Ability to motivate and shape internal and external stakeholders
• Good problem-solving and relationship-building skills
• Experienced working in fast-paced and delivery-focused environments
• Experience working with third-party associates
• Understanding of Salesforce.com (SFDC) is a plus
