Enterprise Client Success Manager, Named Accounts

Shutterstock is hiring an experienced Client Success Manager to support key clients in France. You will ensure the success of our Enterprise accounts, delivering world-class customer support in order to exceed expectations of retaining and growing the business. You will cultivate new partnerships and consult with clients to uncover their business needs. You will be an essential part of a world-leading creative content provider, partnering with our most valuable customers on exciting global branding projects and promoting our vast range of assets and tools to the French market.

Your day-to-day as an Enterprise Client Success Manager will include :

• Building trusted relationships with key stakeholders within client organisations
• Providing creative solutions through site demos and presentations to customers
• Responsible for day-to-day contact and all account management including research and training support and account administrative functions with help from our Sales Administrator team
• Retaining and expanding accounts - growing business/product penetration through identifying new contacts and business units
• Understanding clients’ creative pain-points and providing innovative solutions from our vast product set
• Conceive, develop, and articulate a coherent sales strategy and methodology, including accurate forecasting capabilities and sales plans
• Proactively build strategies using data and systems to ensure YoY revenue growth and increased market penetration

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience as an Customer Success Manager working with Enterprise clients
• Bilingual in English and French
• Strong interpersonal, organisational and communication skills with the ability to work across many systems, tasks and departments simultaneously
• Strong customer service skills with proven ability to build and maintain relationships in person, via phone and email
• Preferably from a background in SaaS, media or emerging technologies space
